Depends on which blueprint. The Operations Blueprint is a 48 to 72 hour turnaround from the discovery call. The Full Business Blueprint takes 5 business days. The Partner Blueprint timeline is set together based on your schedule and availability for the in-person session.
The blueprint report is yours to keep regardless. It’s a complete roadmap you can hand to any developer or use as a guide for your own team. There’s no obligation to move forward with us.
If you book an implementation project with Vectis Studio within 30 days of completing your Operations Blueprint ($250 credit) or your Full Business Blueprint ($500 credit), half of your blueprint fee is applied to your setup cost. The Partner Blueprint is designed as the entry point to an ongoing relationship and does not carry a time-limited credit.
Your monthly fee covers everything needed to keep your automations running: tool subscriptions, API costs, hosting, monitoring, ongoing support, and maintenance. If something breaks, we fix it. If something needs adjusting, we handle it. You don’t manage any of the technical infrastructure.
Your automations run on our infrastructure. If you cancel, the workflows stop running. We’re happy to discuss transition options if your needs change, but the ongoing fee is what keeps everything live and maintained.
Nothing specific. Just be ready to walk us through how your business operates day to day. How you get leads, manage projects, track money, and communicate with your team. The more honest you are about what isn’t working, the better the blueprint.
