Vectis Studio provides automation consulting, workflow design, and implementation services for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement between Vectis Studio and the client.

Client Work and Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom workflows, automations, and systems built specifically for them. Vectis Studio retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and non-proprietary components in future work for other clients.

SMS Communications & FlipLog Messaging Terms

Program Name: FlipLog by Vectis Studio

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Vectis Studio or through the FlipLog property tracking service, you agree to receive text messages related to the services you have enrolled in. These messages may include:

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage. FlipLog users will receive responses each time they text an entry, plus optional weekly summaries and inactivity reminders. Consulting clients may receive occasional appointment reminders and project updates.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Help: For help with SMS messaging, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at erik@vectisstudio.com or 901-295-0288.

Consent: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. Consent is collected when you voluntarily provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our website contact form.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Supported Carriers: Service is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

When onboarding clients for SMS-based services, Vectis Studio obtains verbal consent using the following script:

"As part of working with Vectis Studio, we may send you SMS messages including appointment confirmations, project updates, and service alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Do you consent to receive SMS messages from Vectis Studio?"

Client verbal confirmation is documented in their client record at the time of onboarding.
