A one-person automation studio at 645 Evelyn Rd in Marion, Arkansas. When you hire Vectis Studio, Erik is the one who comes out, finds the problem and builds the fix.
Erik Cooper was born in West Memphis and has lived in Marion since he was 12. He spent 13 years on the parts counter and in inside sales at MHC Kenworth in Memphis, working with fleets, waste haulers and the shops that keep trucks running. That's where he learned how much of a local business runs on phone calls, paper and memory.
He started Vectis Studio to fix that for businesses like the ones he used to sell to. He builds the systems they run on: CRM setup, follow-up that happens on its own, AI tools that answer and book, and websites that AI search can actually find. He also builds and runs his own products out of Marion: Paper Owl, Pocket Jacket, Proprietor's Guide and the free AI Visibility Scanner. See them all on the Products page, or read the Paper Owl Fax case study.
He's a member of the Marion Chamber of Commerce and hosts a local AI roundtable at The Depot.
The work is connecting the software a business already pays for, so information stops being retyped between systems: lead capture, follow-up, scheduling, field data entry, invoicing and reporting. Discovery happens in person. Typical clients run 5 to 30 people: contractors, flooring and restoration companies, service businesses, property managers and real estate investors across Crittenden County and the Memphis metro.
Vectis Studio LLC of Marion, Arkansas is not affiliated with Vectis Automation (cobot welding, Loveland, Colorado), Vectis Software (Germany) or the indie game developer also called Vectis Studio. This Erik Cooper is the founder of Vectis Studio in Marion.
